In the present era, nobody has enough time to go through Locum vacancies, drop applications and do the paperwork all day long. Over the years healthcare domain updates itself to the latest technology and this time is creating an online platform. Hence the idea was to bring a solution that overcomes all the traditional methods of paperwork and to create a transparent system. Right from shift allocation to doctor management web-based application, the platform helps doctors to find his relevant shifts available in hospitals and can apply for it. Also, the doctors are now able to connect with hospitals without any intermediator.

The Client
Our, one of the enthusiastic clients who is the inventor of many startups wishes to apply a break on recruitment agencies taking advantage of locum job seekers by charging high-rise commission. The vision was to provide an easy to use interface and transparent system that collaborates with qualified doctors.
Core requirements were:
- Create a transparent, trustworthy system in three distinct platforms i.e. Android, iOS and Web which holds a qualified list of doctors.
- Shift management system for hospitals
- Secure account creation for doctors/ Qualification verification
- Referral program functionality

After placing our feet in the client's shoes, we developed the best solution in leading-edge technology. The platform certainly helps hospitals, doctors, and clients as well to find a suitably qualified candidate and makes the recruitment process smooth.
The Solution
eTatvaSoft's proposed solution holds a vast range of features and functionality that fulfills all aspects of the client's requirement and makes the user experience more better. The solution accommodates the hospital's staff requirements and doctors on one platform which saves time. This solution allows doctors to search for jobs in different hospitals and apply for it.
Key features were:
- Signup / Login for doctors and hospital employers
- Doctors can view and apply for shifts/Share their profiles to hospitals or friends.
- Employers can view shared doctors to their hospitals and check their documents
- Hospital management and Shift management at admin side
- Admin has a provision to import shifts through excel or CSV file.
- Push notifications will be sent to all the doctors on their Android and iOS applications upon adding new shifts from the admin panel.
